Why meditation and Intuitive Eating?

 

Last week I gave a webinar on the importance of meditation for those of us who practice in the nutrition field. When I got to a certain slide – the one on why meditation is particularly potent for our clients who are on a non-diet path – I realized I haven’t touched lately on why meditation is so important for all of us exploring Intuitive Eating.
